Who arrange the tooling?
Generally speaking, Houfeng will arrange the tooling for customer, but if you prefer to arrange it by yourself, it is also Ok for us.
Do you sign Confidentiality Agreement?
Yes, we would like to sign the Agreement to protect our customers’ right, besides that, we assure you not to leak any info to others if you do not allowed.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
No. In Houfeng, every customer is very important whatever the order is big or not.
How long will you get our quotation?
Generally speaking, it takes 1-2 days to send you offer after we get your drawing or samples.
How long does the sample will be finished?
Tooling will be finished within 10-30days; sample will be finished within 10-45days.
How is the quality assured?
Quality problems usually stem from production process, not from inspection process itself. To minimize production problems all parts are operator inspected at each step of the production process with a final inspection prior to shipping.
